I left Big Healthcare 3 years ago for a wonderful company that serves the high risk patients of Appalachia. I don't trust my local hospital system and will not go there unless I absolutely have to. I would love to have the peace of mind of an independent hospital dedicated to providing safe, effective care in my community.
Citizens' Council for Health Freedom (MN nonprofit) is promoting a new framework for healthcare. Part of that framework is The Wedge of Health Freedom. The WEDGE is a listing of independent practices nationwide (do not contract with insurance & have opted out of Medicare). I recommend checking it out.

Have there been any un-injected hospitals created yet? I would love to go back to work as nurse but won't work for a place that is corrupt as hell.
