If not, have you ever heard of VAERs before the covid era? 3. Have you ever looked at VAERs before 2025, to learn of any vaccine’s possible reactions or trends? 4. Have you ever reported anything to VAERS? 5. If so, how long dd the process of reporting it take you? 6. If so, was the time it took to complete a report your own or paid by your employer? 7. Have you ever been persuaded, coerced or asked to not report to VAERS? 8. Have you ever felt threatened by any employer or direct supervisor or colleagues to not discuss vaccines or their possible adverse events? 9. If you answered ‘no’ to question 1, please answer how you learned of VAERS? a. a patient told me about it b. my colleague told me about it c. my (previous or present) employer told me about it d. I did my own research on my own time e. I have never heard of it until this survey on it arrived in my inbox. 10. How old are you? 11. What medical or graduate school did you attend? 12. If you encountered a new onset diffuse purpuric pruritic rash within one week after a vaccine, would you report it as a possible reaction to VAERS? 13. Would you report a new heart or neurological condition within 2 weeks ? 14. A new systemic diffuse joint pain, myalgia, with unusual fatigue that did not resolve within 2 weeks? 15. Have you ever read an entire vaccine insert? 16. Did you know that no vaccine has ever been tested for carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, or fertility? 17. Do you know what vaccine enhanced disease / antibody dependent enhancement is? 18. If the answer to 17 is no, how will you learn about it to protect your patients and do no harm? 19. Is the objective of your employer patient care or profit?
Wonderful! Anyone want to hazzard a guess how many hospitals carried out the same suppression of covid vaccine related adverse events? We need a nationwide class action against all institutions that conducted similar suppression and punitive treatment to those trying to report into VAERS.

at the very beginning I saw a nurse testify, that the place she worked at, did not even know about Vaers. Every adverse reaction should be reported, from every pharma product out there! Thank you so much for defending and reporting, thank you nurses and doctors who stood up against the tyranny, and thank you to all those that spread the news.

Providence St Joseph chain was recently called out by a physician surgeon. Swore out an affidavit.
This proves that Hospitals are all about making money over health outcomes.

Does this article suggest malfeasance/taxpayer fraud/treason on the patient and grubberment or culpable ill effects possibly homicide?
