No sugar or starch- the feed cancer. Dr. Thomas Seyfried, PhD at Boston College has done extensive work showing that cancer is a metabolic disease, with cancer cell reverting to a primitive cell type that cannot use ketone bodies, 'ketones', from fat metabolism for energy- as nearly every healthy cell in our bodies can. The metabolic pathways cancer cells use is the same as most parasites- which explains the effectiveness of repurposed anti-parasitics against cancer- fenbendazole/ mebendazole and/or ivermectin - which an increasing number of people have used with success in fighting cancer, with or without the help of physicians.
Ivermectin has been FDA approved for use in human for decades, and is used worldwide,and is available over-the-counter in many countries. It has a better safety profile than aspirin.
