ok so

Is it preceding then?

I think this is the same law David Martin thought could be invoked. Also there is a Good Manufacturing and Distributions expert in the UK that can verify these experimental biologics cannot possibly be being produced in accordance w regulation standards - also putting them below par for anything that should be being promoted.

The medical center where I work has backed way way down on pushing all these experimental drugs, at least on employees - so someone is making progress somewhere !

It's definitely been one gigantic rip-off, and now serving as a distraction/beureavement while dictatorship takes over democracies.

What is a "qui tam" case?

Does she have any recourse beyond DOJ?

Will the recent DMED statistics from the DOD have an impact on this case? That is: >1000% increase in disease of the nervous system, 894% increase in malignant neoplasms of esophagus, 680% increase in MS, 624% increase in malignant neoplasm of digestive organs, >400% increase in demyelinating and breast ca, 551% increase in Guillain-Barre syndrome, and I do not have time to type it all there's so much associate w poorly tested and poorly manufactured "biologic" drugs that are maiming and killing people who are being forced to take them. Obviously something is very very wrong, her case doesn't scratch the surface.

Qui Tam is short for a long Latin phrase "who stands in the shoes of the sovereign." If DOJ does not take the case it is the mechanism for a citizen to proceed on behalf of US taxpayers in the lawsuit. Private companies that rip off the federal gov't can be held liable under the statute. Mainly military, medicare, education, SBA, and grants contracts.
