No Masks on School Buses Req'd

Just in case you haven't heard.

Effective February 25, 2022, CDC is exercising its enforcement discretion to not require that people wear masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems, including early care and education/child care programs. CDC is making this change to align with updated guidance that no longer recommends universal indoor mask wearing in K-12 schools and early education settings in areas with a low or medium COVID-19 Community Level. School systems at their discretion may choose to require that people wear masks on buses or vans.

The problem here is the problem we have faced throughout the pandemic. Power is claimed by the CDC that it does not possess. This relaxation of the “enforcement” means that it can be re-imposed at any time.

I completely agree. I feel we need to start a petition to our elected officials requiring that the CDC be an elected body by "The People", moving forward. Or some sort of legislation that would allow the people to decide when a member is not working in their best interest to be removed or replaced. Thoughts??

Thank you for your continued work to hold the schools and universities accountable, and win in a court of law so that these fraudulent and harmful health practices are never re-imposed against the people.
