It’s not anyone’s business to know our vaccine status. Do not comply.

like and agree (substack doesn't let me like comments any more so now I'm doing this. I can like articles, but not comments. started about ten days ago, and apparently it's happening to a lot of people. are they doing it on purpose? so that commenters will think they're alone in their views and beliefs? very strange).

Looks like the same thing is happening to me. Can’t like you comment, but can reply. Although I had to “reverify” my account….

Words matter, and in this memo they reveal the true intentions—to devalue the employee. In nursing school we teach students to NOT use the phrase ‘non-compliant’. It is dehumanizing and patients feel unvalued and unheard. 3 key ethical principles guide nursing practice: (a) respect for autonomy, (b) beneficence, and (c) non-maleficence.. When a patient is ‘non-compliant’ there is always a reason.

1,000% agree, their use of the word "noncompliant" is insulting. The whole thing was insulting on top of a criminal insult.

Yeah, that's what I picked up on too. It's like they're still trying to frame the whole incident as a compliance matter.

And to answer the question , yes. I have been asked to come back by Presbyterian Medical Services as of last week. I resigned in 2021 because of the mandates. The administrator said the Covid shots are no longer required. Didn’t say anything about having to declare my vaccination status. We shall see.

I will bleed to death driving past a Kaiser hospital to get to a different hospital. They have been trying to kill me since the day I was born.

My suspicion is that they focused on compliance because they might do it a again and then you'll suddenly non-compliant again.

Take note about the requirement to annually verify their Covid vaccination status. Doesn’t feel that secure to me…

Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw a boulder.
