The case was originally dismissed in May 2023. Many thought it was over, but we appealed and notified the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals that there was an outstanding unresolved motion at district court asking for a correction of the judgment entry. Upon receiving that information, the 5th Circuit remanded the case back to the federal district court in Beaumont, Texas. The district court judge ruled in our favor and granted us the right to amend the complaint. We did so and are again arguing before the district court. Another motion to dismiss was filed by Pfizer to which we responded. If you want to read about the alleged fraud and our theory of liability, our brief is here.
The basic allegations are that Pfizer knew the shots were not safe or effective and the evidence they presented to the FDA was not based on adequately controlled clinical trials. The authorization was based on data involving only 170 people culled from an initial 44,000 enrollees in the clinical trials. The evidence shows 1) more deaths occurred in the “vaccine” arm, 2) injuries and deaths went uncounted, and 3) a similar amount of people got Covid in the vaccine arm versus the placebo arm.
I think they should all be sued. We sued a few local and state governments.
I pray that the evil deeds of Pfizer again are proven and they are put out of business and those responsible sentenced death. They were sued before for fraud. Now they need to be found guilty of intentional first degree murder.
